Applications

Thank you for your interest in joining the Luther Towers/Village community.

Applicants of Luther Towers/Luther Village must meet the following Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements to be eligible for occupancy and receive housing assistance with the exception of Luther Village III, which is privately owned.

Luther Towers and Luther Village offer a wide variety of exciting activities and events for our residents to participate in at their leisure and we have beautiful activity rooms to gather and enjoy those times as a community.

My mom lives here and just loves it. Very well maintained facility. Clean grounds. Great common area for gatherings and get togethers. I know it took my mom quite awhile too get in so there must be a pretty good waiting list. Security seems to be pretty strict with signing in and out so that’s another plus.
